About Us
Pinoy Salalah Photography Club first met on April 27, 2012 when Engr. Allan Saburo, Vice-President of FilCom-Salalah, and his colleague, Yashir Ambula, spearheaded a Basic Photography Workshop where twenty three (23) keen amateur photographers attended to learn more about the hobby. The workshop was held at Hamdan Hotel, Salalah and an organization to be known as Pinoy Salalah Photography Club, was formed.
The following are the officers of the club:
President : Derwin Molina (Salalah Port)
Vice President : Eunice Joy Briagas (Sultan Qaboos Hospital)
Secretary 1 : Beth Euste (Salalah Medical Device)
Secretary 2 : Fahad Adventure Solares (Sembcorp Salalah IWPP)
Treasurer 1 : Rowena Letham (Henderson International LLC)
Treasurer 2 : Adrian Galsim (Oman Opticals)
As a club, we aim to promote awareness and appreciation of photography, offer encouragements to enable our members to learn and explore this art and to provide an environment for members to share their photography work.
We have a mixture of experienced, amateur and professional photographers as well as raw beginners in the art of photography.
The club maintains a Facebook Group Account. Everybody may join us and share your photographs.
